Still Point

I hear the traffic in the distance
Come closer, though, now…
Night sounds, nature
This field, grass, trees
The vibration of singing
Reality

Even closer – the hum of the lamp, lit up, lighting my way into this room.

Crickets, now a bird call to this new light of day – welcoming us all

Then
The rush of a car & another…activity of the human day (for many)

Back to me – now my heart sings as I see new light, the outline of the trees to the east. Dive deeper …
