I watch –

Colors transform the sky to dawn’s early light. Nature sounds, awakes. Splash of day, from stillness of night.

Mist from the earth. Flight into the sky. Golden streaks. Pastel and pleasant

To me – kind, smooth, awakening.

Seagull dips, glides

Water of the lake flows

This is my Yoga

Now

Sweet music, sky – the shore

Beauty inside 

And out, all around, singing, prancing aloud, in flight. 

There’s no stopping me now.
