Every day is a new day with yoga

Every weekday morning, I have about a 15-minute yoga practice that I can do very consistently. And I have a longer practice on Saturdays that I cherish. These practices do so much for me! — happiness, centeredness, completeness. I can honor myself and others, appreciate my home and all that is so beautiful all around me. Each day is a blessing…
